Bio
IRAD EYAL has been a television writer and producer since 2000. He got his start at the Oxygen Network as the web producer for the Xena: Warrior Princess website, writing articles about swords, dragons, and leather bustiers. Soon after, he sold his first series, a puppet show about a womens prison, and things have only gotten weirder since. Since 2002, Eyal has been working as a reality television development executive, coming up with crazy new formats and selling them to networks like MTV, TLC, Discovery, and NBC. Hes directed the primetime reality series Wife Swap, run the production department of City Lights Television, and pitched shows through his shingle, Human Entertainment Lab. He lives in Santa Monica with his wife, journalist and author Jessica Baumgardner, their two-year old daughter, Sigrid, and way too many dogs and cats. His forthcoming book, Sex Degrees of Separation, about celebrity relationships, will be published by Chronicle Books in 2009. |
