Bio
In 2001, Kimberly Chisholm earned a doctoral degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Spanish and French Literature. She has had short fiction and essays published in magazines, such as Mothering, Literary Mama, and Brain, Child, as well as literary magazines such as Moxie, The Believer, and The Threepenny Review. In addition to these publishing credits, Chisholm is an occasional adjunct professor at the University of California at Berkeley and is at work on a novel concerning the life of her great-grandfather, Gutzon Borglum, the flamboyant and egomaniacal sculptor of Mt. Rushmore. Her first book, tentatively titled Hump: The Sticky Intersection of Sex and Parenting will be published by St. Martins Press.
