Phil Gordon is a world-class poker player and the co-host of Bravo’s hit show Celebrity Poker Showdown. In addition to introducing the most popular forms of poker and explaining the intricacies of this game of skill, Gordon will describe the ins and outs of poker psychology and teach the reader to become a winning player. He will examine the different breeds of players from "the Rock" to "the Maniac," explain why it’s more important to be loved by the floorman than the dealer, detail what to wear, drink, and tip at the table, and profile the legends of the game with tips from some of the biggest names in poker today. Phil Gordon has been featured in Yahoo! Internet Life, Cigar Aficionado, Business 2.0, and Card Player magazines and has been a guest on NPR’s This American Life and Sporting News Radio.
